The Langlaw Road development is the largest ever undertaken by Melville Housing Association, increasing the Landlords stock by more than 7 percent. The project consists of 133 semi-detached and terraced properties, and cottage style flats. Designed to meet the needs of those on Melville’s housing waiting list, the properties are a mix of two bedroom flats and two, three and four bedroom houses.
Civic Trees landscaped the entire development, providing turfed and shrubbed areas.
